I wonder if people telling little children that they are either introverted of extroverted denies them of the chance to truly find out who/what they are on their own. Who is responsible for labeling a child's personality? What happens when the child realizes that they are displaying characteristics that are opposite those previously branded? Is this ongoing confusion just a phase, or is it something that worsens with time?

Oh man, valid point.
There was a point in my life where I thought about this a lot.
As a society we have a huge affect on kids, good and bad.
I still haven't come to a conclusion on any of the thoughts I had.

Good stuff, real life friend.
